Richard and Megan met in a class at Kennesaw State University in 2010 (Critical Building Solution’s own Zack Philliber was there too!!), and started dating soon after. In September 2015 wedding bells rang, and they began their family at the beginning of 2017.

They now have two wild boys, as well as their little princess. Megan home schools their children while Richard runs Critical Building Solutions. Outside of that you can probably find them playing in a creek or on the baseball field!

Zack and Tori met shortly after Richard and Megan and started dating in 2011. They decided to tie the knot shortly after they both graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2014. Their son, Beckett was born in 2016 and lights up any room with his humor and smile.

They have been foster parents to 7 kids over a 5 year span and recently shifted their focus towards adoption. If Zack is not working, you can find him on the golf course or in the pool with his family and friends.

Born and raised in Cartersville, Ty attended Cartersville City Schools until graduation in 2012. From there he was off to study biology and chemistry at Mercer University. Throughout schooling, Ty attended ROTC classes and upon graduation, in 2016 he was commissioned into the US Army.

While in the Army, Ty served at Fort Bragg in North Carolina with a deployment to Iraq in 2017. After exiting the Army in 2021, Ty set off to hike the Appalachian Trail in 2023 and successfully completed his mission on his 30th birthday! When not working, you can find Ty rock climbing, mountain biking, and backpacking/trail running.
